Hi, I’m Lora Jackson!

I am a total Process Nerd.

I help founders of service-based growing companies like you to simplify your operating systems so you can free up time to profitably grow.

This enables you to delight more clients and empower a self-managed team of top performers.

You can confidently step away from daily management to build a scalable business without working your tail off.

I’ve worked directly with entrepreneurs, founders and CEOs of service-based growing companies since 2013, running their business operations.

But my professional path wasn’t that straightforward, so let me rewind back.

I started in the international development and government sectors because of my interest in addressing global challenges. But I quickly realized that these sectors were fundamentally broken systems. That’s what brought me to social entrepreneurship.

My first major role in that field was to run the operations for 5 Institutes for Social Innovation training a global community of social entrepreneurs, called StartingBloc.

I was blown away by this experience, as it connected a global community of entrepreneurs through the combination of innovative culture, a thoughtful operational process and remote teams that brought it all together.

I was inspired by 2000+ entrepreneurial people, running, starting or pitching new companies.

I wanted to keep helping founders run their growing companies more effectively so they could step away from daily work to focus on meaningful impact.

So I did and I never looked back.

After StartingBloc I’ve run operations for founders in real estate, travel, hospitality, media buying, digital marketing, e-commerce, and for-profit academic institutions.

As a result of my work, I've created operating systems helping startups open new locations, build teams, and create organizational consistencies.

I've also documented business knowledge into hundreds of processes for scale.

I've implemented automations that have saved hundreds of hours, allowing founders to step away from daily work to focus on more growth.

I've created and implemented entire hiring and onboarding systems that led to hiring top talent for managerial, technical and non-technical roles.

Beyond being a Process Nerd, my most meaningful title is mom of a little guy (those business systems skills do come in handy at home). 

I am married to a renowned chef running a Michelin-nominated restaurant. 

My weird accent comes from Bulgaria and I am currently loving life in New York City.
