What I build
  • Creator of the Business Flow Framework, a six-phase methodology, Evaluate, Document, Automate, Delegate, Organize, Optimize, that turns founder-dependent operations into founder-free operations, so founders can lead growth
  • Built an AI workflow that turns Loom recordings into finished, standardized SOPs, deployed across dozens of companies
  • Built an assessment tool using Claude to diagnose where a company's operations still depend on the founder
  • Building a growing library of AI prototypes for founder-led companies, including a Chief of Staff Briefing Generator and an AI Intake Workflow for Law Firms, with more in progress
