Asynchronous Support (up to 2 hrs)
Q&A via email or Notion.
Feedback on SOPs, workflows, or tool setup (recorded Looms for training purposes if helpful).
1 Micro-Project per Month (choose one)
Evaluate – Audit 1 workflow, tracker, or dashboard.
Document – Review or draft 1–2 SOPs or checklists.
Automate – Map an automation or integration roadmap.
Delegate – Create or refine a role scorecard, onboarding, or training workflow with checklist.
Organize – Design a simple folder, file, or project management system.
Optimize – Suggest continuous improvement steps, systems-maintenance training or role-specific KPIs.
